Welcome to our world!

It is an honour and a privilege to officially welcome you here on the new Massif de Charlevoix blog.

After launching our new brand image in October 2009, and our new website in November of the same year, we’ve been busy exploring the best ways of engaging conversation via social media. That’s how our Facebook page – that now counts over 9,500 fans – came to be. An impressive number, but above all it’s a quality community: questions, comments, contests, photo sharing, discussions and much more tag it as a place for dynamic daily exchanges.

Our blog will serve as a platform for spotlighting people and places for you to discover, for sharing little-known known stories and experiences definitely worth living…
We’ll also see it as an opportunity to present the Massif de Charlevoix development project to you, which unfurls across three environments: the Mountain in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Hôtel La Ferme in Baie-Saint-Paul and the Train – an amazing rail cruise across 140 km of spectacular scenery linking Québec City to La Malbaie by Fall 2011.

Fear not, however! We haven’t forgotten where we’re from, and where we’re going: We’ll cover what’s new at the Mountain in detail…And since Hôtel La Ferme is scheduled to open its doors in Spring 2012, we’ll also tell you about how work is progressing on that worksite, and provide supporting photos and videos.

A great project, you must agree :-)

In the name of Groupe Le Massif’s management and blog copywriting teams, I’d like to thank you for reading us, for being there, among us, for asking questions, sending in comments, doubting, but mostly – for participating. I’m counting on your active input in making this blog dynamic, so that it becomes the top go-to for exchanging views and advancing our vision of this project. Welcome to our world!
